Taken from the exceptionally riveting 'Sound Of Wonder' LP, Noor Jehan is afforded her own 7" cut of the dramatic 'I Am Very Sorry' backed with an exclusive and previously unreleased percussive freak-out on 'Danka Pyar Waa'.

The acclaimed "Madame" of Urdu funk and one of Pakistani cinema's earliest actresses, Jehan has
reputedly recorded over 10,000 songs but we can rest assured that the dusty fingered Finders Keepers
lot have dug out two of her finest moments here.

The profusely apologetic 'I Am Very Sorry' was one of the biggest highlights of the LP, a supremely
quirky shot of multifaceted fun seemingly combining as many instruments and strafing sounds as possible
into it's 4 minute lifespan. From French-sounding accordians to glimpses of vintage synth black-holes
and fuzztoned guitars with those gloopily funked percussive undulations duly marking time, this is as
raw and heavy as it gets. But for anyone who as already heard the LP that won't be half as exciting
as the flipside cut, the previously unreleased and completely exclusive 'Danka Pyar Waa', a gloriously
cinematic track with a mindblowing rhythm section and full impact vocal performance from Noor making
us wonder what scene this piece originally soundtracked.
