Dil Bole Hadippa is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner. It stars Rani Mukerji and Shahid Kapoor in lead roles with Anupam Kher, Rakhi Sawant and Sherlyn Chopra in supporting roles. The film is slated for a release on September 18, 2009.
Dil Bole Hadippa is the story of Veera Kaur (Rani Mukerji) who belongs to a village where girls don’t play cricket. In order to fulfill her dreams, she puts on a turban and beard and becomes “Veer Pratap Singh”. Her brilliance on the field earns her a place in Rohan’s (Shahid Kapoor) team.
